These names are mentioned in the Holy Quran. 

Muslims follow the teachings of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), yet they do have faith in all other Prophets from Hazrat Adam to Hazrat Issa (may Allah be pleased with them). You can never be a true Muslim unless you don’t have faith in all Prophets. The holy Quran is the ultimate book of guidance for all Muslims and it was revealed by Allah Almighty for his believers. Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) is not the author of Quran, in fact Allah is the author of that holy book which was given a physical form by the companions of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).
