BIR-E-ALI

Bir-e-Ali is among the famous Well in Medina, the word BIR is an Arabic word which means Well. The other name of Bir-e-Ali is “Well of Ali”. It is situated in Dhu'l-Hulayfah is East of Medina. It is near to the Masjid-e-Sharjah. 

The question is why this Well is much famous? And why it is from the name of Hazrat Ali? Here there is the answer! For it. This Well is famous because when returning to medina from an expedition, the army of Hazrat Ali once ran out of the water.
